Eminem sues Audi !!!

The American rapper Eminem decided to sue the car manufacturing company Audi for copyright infringement. This is happening because the song used in the superbowl Chrysler 200 commercial was also used by Audi in the new A6 Avant commercial without having any right to do that.Marshall Bruce Mathers lll also known as Eminem is again in the middle of a scandal but this time regarding the car industry.To be more precise his company Eight Mile Style intended a lawsuit against Audi for copyright infringement.Em accuses the Audi commercial producer that used without his consent a musical theme extremely similar to that from the Chrysler 200 commercial named "Imported from Detroit".This theme is discussion is very famous from the Lose Yourself music video.Below are the videos of the two commercials so share you're opinion, was it copyright infringement or wasn't ?
