Mercedes-Benz CLS Black Edition from Kicherer.

When the tuners from Kicherer have first seen the new Mercedes-Benz CLS,they've probably said:"this is a good looking performance car".Still they said probably that it wouldn't hurt some special treatment for this model like some steroids for the engine of the CLS 500.
The standard version has a naturally aspirated V8 engine that produces 408 HP.For the CLS Edition Black the engineers and technicians wanted to emphasize the sport character of the car so they've tuned a little bit the engine's software,changed the exhaust system and added 62 more HP.

Therefore CLS Edition Black now has 470 HP, and Kicherer mounted its own PowerConverter system that helps the car and its driver to have an immediate throttle response.To stop this unleashed beast the tuner changed the braking system with a more effective one.The designers at Kicherer choose for the body to paint it black,have replaced the grill and the mirrors.They've also added new 20 inch rims.The guys at Kicherer said that the V8 will remain as low noise and discreet sounding as the standard one.Is this a good thing or a bad one?
